Kimberly Gonzalez first founded Bake Up as a home bakery in 2014 in Acton, California. We are now based in Valencia, California in northern Los Angeles County.

Our mission is to bake flavorful, nostalgic treats to inspire a moment of joy and connection with real food, people, and community.

We are most known for our pop-tarts, coffee cakes, cookies, vegan bars, and marshmallows.
