Biite Club @ Layla Bagels x The Bad Jew
About Biite Club
Exclusive, off-menu, and super-limited
Imagine what the Off-White Jordans of the sandwiches look like. Biite gives you access to super-limited edition food creations in LA. Sometimes it's something too decadent to put on a menu. Sometimes it's something chefs are still testing and researching. Sometimes it's a unique ingredient. No matter what it is, it's awesome.
About The Bad Jew
After moving to Los Angeles to pursue a career in commercial real estate, The Bad Jew chef and owner Rebecca King fell into the world of restaurants, farmers markets, and home-kitchen experimentation. She soon ditched her office job to stage at restaurants around the city. During a stint at Birdie G’s she came up with her very unkosher deli concept celebrating fire and fermentation and The Bad Jew was born. You can now find Rebecca brining and pit-smoking her famous porkstrami at events and pop-ups city wide.
