MAISON MACHA is a100% woman owned all-vegan French bakery, founded and owned by its pastry chef Macha Eliad, based in LA. The Patisserie offers gourmet French pastries all plant-based, dairy-free, egg-free, artificial flavours and colour-free and half of its menu is also gluten-free.
The MAISON MACHA 20 product menu is specially tailored to offer options for every occasion from breakfast/daily items to unique special celebration center pieces. The Menu composed of a permanent collection of 12 to 15 products including Travels cakes (pound cakes, financiers, cookies), Viennoiserie (croissants, chocolate croissants, almond and chocolate croissants & seasonal danishes and brioches), Tarts (chocolate, seasonal fruits, lemon meringue) and Entremets (Entremet chocholat (“Rocher” and Entrement Passion/Mango/Coconut). We also offer a Birthday Layered Cake and several Special Limited Editions for the Holidays in the spirit of the French patisserie such as: Christmas (Bûches de Noel (Yule Logs), Galettes des Rois (Kings cakes) first week of January and Valentines Day (Macarons).
MAISON MACHA revisits the French pastry heritage eliminating all animal products, using new ingredients, innovative methods and techniques. It creates new sustainable and ethical variations of iconic French pastries putting taste, flavours and textures first. MAISON MACHA recreates French classics with a vegan twist!
