Mola Empanada

Mola Empanada is a new quick-service restaurant serving empanadas, other bites and fresh pressed juices and teas inspired by the home kitchens of Panamá.  Whether enjoyed as a dish or on the go as street food, our stapled empanadas use fresh ingredients, multicultural spices and are wrapped in our signature handmade dough.  They’re then made (pan-fried) to order using light canola oil.

Experienced at special occasions in the Panamanian culture, these deliciously stuffed pastries deliver a new and unique take on something traditional.  So, celebrate more and make every moment a special occasion with these empanadas.
