Saucy Chick Rotisserie was created by us - Rhea and Marcel - with the vision of creating delicious food that fused together the bold and dynamic flavors from both our cultures: Indian and Mexican. We set out to create a menu that not only showcased the commonalities of the two cuisines but that would emphasize what's possible when cultures and people come together. As an immigrant and daughter of refugees from Uganda (Rhea) and first generation Mexican American (Marcel), we believe in the power of community and the vibrancy of cultures intertwining.
We hope you enjoy our curated menu inspired by our respective childhoods, that is prepared with real, fresh ingredients and designed to be interchangeable and layered. It is our belief that when you eat good, you feel good, you do good.
We proudly carry free-range chicken and serve the best, hand-crafted tortillas by Mejorado / Burritos la Palma. Our ingredients are house chopped, sliced, and roasted. Our menu is prepared fresh and with love and joy.
