On Toast

Starting as a pop-up from the team behind The District Fishwife, On Toast brought the Australian tradition of Avo Toast to Union Market, and has since grown it’s menu to include numerous riffs on traditional toast and sandwiches from their American and Australian childhoods. On Toast offers unfussy toasted open face sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, including favorites Avocado Toast, Bacon Egg & Cheese, Steak Egg & Cheese, and Pesto & Eggs. They eschew “fancy” for flavor, and use quality ingredients from local purveyors. Their goal is to serve a delicious piece of toast that hits all the right spots, evokes memories of casual family breakfasts and lunches, and keeps you coming back for more. “We love toast.  Toasty toast toast.”
