We invite all women-identifying and nonbinary food and drink entrepreneurs and leaders to join RE:Her’s chapters in LA and DC!

RE:Her now has two membership categories: Owners and Leaders. Check out the membership criteria below, see what we’re offering, and join us today!

RE:Her is working to facilitate true equity, diversity, inclusivity, well-being, and resource accessibility throughout our industry. We do this by building community, providing fun and informative programs and opportunities to advance our members, creating unique and innovative events for consumers, and advocating to drive change.

RE:Her Owners

Who you are:

  • Women-identifying and non-binary owners (at least 10% ownership) of food and beverage businesses

  • Direct sales to the public comprise at least 25% of gross receipts

  • Operating in an active RE:Her region (currently LA and DC, with more coming soon!)

  • Business categories:

    • Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops

    • Bakeries

    • Bars, taverns, pubs

    • Breweries, wineries, distilleries, cideries, tasting rooms, taprooms

    • Juice and other nonalcoholic beverage bars and producers

    • Food stands, food trucks, food carts

    • Cottage industry producers

    • Caterers and private chefs

Who you are:

  • Women-identifying and non-binary leaders and key decision-makers within food and beverage businesses, such as:

    • Head chefs, executive chefs, chefs de cuisine, sous chefs, pastry chefs

    • Sommeliers, wine/beverage/bar directors

    • General managers, assistant general managers

    • Directors/managers of operations, finance, purchasing, HR, PR/marketing/media/communications

    • Other leadership and decision-making roles within F&B businesses

  • Former owners, leaders, and chefs now working in other capacities in the industry

  • Retired owners, leaders, and chefs who are still involved in the industry

  • Working in an active RE:Her region (currently LA and DC, with more coming soon!)
