Chao Krung x Jitlada - From Bangkok to Phuket: A Culinary Journey of Regional Thai Cuisine, featuring family recipes from Chef Amanda (Chao Krung) & Chefs Jazz & Sugar (Jitlada).

On March 6, Chao Krung and Jitlada will collaborate on a very special six-course menu celebrating second generation Thai chefs and regional Thai cuisine.

Jazz and Sugar from Jitlada will create three dishes from Southern Thailand, including Kua Kling Moo, Southern Thai Salad, Pad Mun Gaew; Chef Amanda from Chao Krung will create three courses from Central Thailand, including Yum Som O, Koy Nueur and Kanom Jeen Nam Prik.
