Obaachan's Tomato Mimosa

The tomato mimosa salad was my mother in law's favorite appetizer at our restaurant in Kyoto called Azay le Rideau. It brings back memories of her smile and laugh enjoying a meal with her friends. Thank you for the lesson of enjoying good food.
