Committed to bringing people together through food and beverage I'm a purpose-driven entrepreneur with an extensive background as a Michelin-starred trained chef. While working as a professional chef in some of France’s most prestigious restaurants, I witnessed the incredible power of food and beverage to build relationships, enhance communal experiences, and extend the enjoyment of life’s most precious conversations and celebrations. That realization sparked the deliciously simple idea of bringing the best and most exciting French wines directly to your door. In 2020, I founded BONDLE, a wine brand that specializes in selling premium French wines in the magnum format (1.5L). I currently reside in Los Angeles, where I am focused on building my growing startup. Prior to launching BONDLE, I attended Ferrandi Culinary School in Paris and graduated top of my class. My culinary journey then took me to restaurants such as Arpège (3 Michelin Stars), Mirazur (3 Michelin Stars) and Frenchie (1 Michelin Star), where I was exposed to some of Europe’s finest wine lists and professionals. Prior to pivoting into the culinary arts, I worked at Google and was a partner at a marketing agency specializing in restaurants.
