Karen Klemens has owned and operated her "little shop that could," Mother Moo Creamery for more than a decade. Her favorite part of the day (and profession) is providing happiness to her community in the Los Angeles foothills of Sierra Madre. She lives with her husband and son, the founder and originator of the "Mini Moo" scoop, in nearby Pasadena.
