MAISON MACHA is a 100% woman owned all-vegan French bakery, founded and owned by its pastry chef Macha Eliad, based in LA. After being an entertainment attorney for more than 20 years in Europe and the U.S., Macha decided to settle with her family in LA. In 2020 - in a need to align with her beliefs and live her passion for pastries she founded Maison Macha. The essence of the project is to create an all plant-based bakery showcasing Macha's melting pot world: a rare blend of Eastern European, Israeli and French cultures. The goal is to revisit the French pastry heritage while eliminating all animal products, using new ingredients, innovative methods and techniques and create a new sustainable and ethical variations of iconic French pastries putting taste, flavours and textures first.
