Eloisa, started selling menudo at her grandmothers puesto when she was 6 years old. Her grandmother opened her puesto in Tecalitlan, Jalisco in 1952. After owning a beauty salon for more than 25 years, Eloisa went back to her menudo roots. She bought La Imperial Tortilleria in 2006.
