Molly is a trained chef, who dreams of having her own bakery. Ever since she was a child she always loved to be in the kitchen and cook. When it came time for college, there was no question. Catering School was the perfect choice.  She headed to University College on the Isle of Man.  Molly was lucky to have fabulous professors and found a mentor in one during her pâtisserie classes. This chef nurtured her love of baking and encouraged her every step of the way.  Once her four years was over, she headed back to Los Angeles and started working as a private chef for a family in Malibu and then head pâtisserie chef on a private island in Turks and Caicos. After being requested to provide on camera food for vegan raw actor Woody Harrelson on True Detective she started her career as a Hollywood Food Stylist. In the last few years her clients have included the movies Birds of Prey and Steven Spielberg’s The Fablemans, as well as TV series Shrinking, Grey's Anatomy, The Unicorn and Stranger Things. But her dream of her own bakery never left, and it is this that she is working towards. She has been building a client base,  by having pop-up  events, and doing custom cakes and pastries. She plans to purchase a mobile Bakery Coffee Cart so that her pop-up locations could include farmer's markets and other events. All this would be the building blocks towards that dream brick and mortar.
