Being a restaurant entrepreneur is fulfilling / exciting / batshit crazy. I co-own Lasita, a Filipino Rotisserie and Natural Wine Bar in Los Angeles. Maybe this morning I was negotiating a contract with our hood cleaners and then the same night, I was dusting the light fixtures while trying to meet my payroll deadline. Wouldn't trade it for the world. LOL.
(By day, I also work as an RN -- because, you know, slim profit margins.)
