Stephanie Morgan is the owner, founder and chef of Seabirds Kitchen, an all vegan restaurant with locations in Los Feliz, Costa Mesa and Long Beach.   She started her culinary career in 2010 when she opened the popular food truck, Seabirds Truck, operating out of Irvine, CA. The food truck competed on Season 2 of the Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race, and was featured on The Ellen Show, and Good Morning America.   As a chef, her mission is to turn others on to a plant-based diet by creatively pushing the boundaries of vegan cuisine, utilizing seasonal and local whole foods.   As a company leader, she strives to create a culture that is sustainable, energetic, efficient, thoughtful, and welcoming to all. In her time away from the restaurants, she loves hanging with her daughter and husband, playing co-ed softball, going to the beach and camping.
