Beef Bourguignon Pizza feat. Whole Ox Butcher Shop

In collaboration with The Whole Ox Butcher Shop butcher Amanda Luhowiak of Marshall Va, we are participating in the 7 Days RE:Her Festival and honoring Ruth Gresser’s mentor Madeleine Kamman with our Beef Bourguignon Special Pizza.

The BBSP features tomato and red wine sauce, braised local beef, onions, mushrooms, local bacon, parsley, and Grana Padana.
